DBRS confirms Barclays

DBRS said it confirmed the ratings of Barclays Bank plc and Barclays plc.

The confirmed ratings include the A long-term issuer rating of Barclays Bank plc and the A (low) long-term issuer rating of Barclays plc.

The support assessment for Barclays plc was confirmed at SA3.

The agency said the confirmations follow the restructuring of the group, which was required as part of the United Kingdom’s ring-fencing requirements, including the establishment of the ring-fenced bank, Barclays Bank UK plc.
