Barclays intends to offer fixed-rate resetting senior callable notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 3 – Barclays plc plans to sell fixed-rate resetting senior callable notes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are callable at the greater of a make-whole call and a par call six months after settlement.

Barclays is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The investment bank and financial services company is based in London.
