New Issue: Adama Agricultural taps NIS 527 million series D notes due 2016 at 108 to yield 2.64%

Chicago, Feb. 12 - Adama Agricultural Solutions Ltd. said it placed an additional NIS 527 million of its series D debentures due 2016.

The add-on priced at NIS 1,080 per NIS 1,000 to yield 2.64%.

The company issued 487,795 units, with each unit including NIS 1,000 par value of series D debentures, according to a press release.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt maturities and finance the company's continued growth.

Adama is a Tel-Aviv, Israel-based manufacturer and distributor worldwide of crop-protection solutions.
