New Issue: Singapore’s OUE prices S$300 million 3.8% five-year notes at par

Virginia Beach, April 8 – OUE Ltd. sold S$300 million of 3.8% five-year notes at par on Wednesday, according to a market source.

Pricing was at the tight end of guidance set in the 4% area.

Bookrunners for the Regulation S deal were Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. and Standard Chartered.

Singapore-based OUE is a diversified real estate owner, developer and operator.
