Virgin Media to redeem $750 million 5½% notes due 2026 on July 23

Los Angeles, July 13 – Virgin Media Secured Finance plc will redeem its $750 million of 5½% senior secured notes due 2026 (Cusip: G9371KAB6, 92769XAM7) on July 23, according to a notice.

The notes were previously expected to be redeemed on July 8, as reported.

The redemption is conditioned upon the issuer obtaining new financing. As a result, the redemption date may be pushed back.

The redemption price will be par plus the applicable premium, any additional amount and accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the paying agent.

The cable TV and internet service provider is based in Hook, England.
