Fitch moves SBM Baleia outlook to stable

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed SBM Baleia Azul, SII/ Sarl's series 2012-1 senior secured notes due 2027 at BB- and revised the outlook to stable from negative.

The agency said it aligns the outlook with the company’s offtaker Petrobras.
