Suntech America Feb. 25 Chapter 11 plan confirmation hearing adjourned

Bethlehem, Pa., Feb. 5 – Suntech America, Inc.’s combined Chapter 11 plan of liquidation confirmation and disclosure statement hearing initially scheduled for Feb. 25 has been adjourned for approximately 14 days, to a date and time to be scheduled at the court’s convenience, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Suntech America is a San Francisco-based producer of solar panels that filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 12, 2015. The Chapter 11 case number is 15-10054.
