Sunrun gets $425 million three-year recourse lending facility

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 25 – Sunrun Inc. arranged a $425 million recourse lending facility to replace its prior $250 million facility, according to a news release.

The company said the new facility has a longer tenor and better terms than the previous facility.

The new facility matures in January 2025. The new facility includes a higher valuation for operating assets and expands the borrowing base to support more efficient inventory financing while maintaining the same borrowing costs.

An accordion feature allows for additional commitments.

Sunrun is a San Francisco-based residential solar panel company.
