S&P: Acision view watch now developing

S&P said it has revised the CreditWatch implications on its B long-term corporate credit rating on Acision to developing from positive.

At the same time, S&P also revised the CreditWatch on the B+ issue rating on Acision’s senior secured debt to developing from positive.

S&P said the CreditWatch revision reflects that S&P sees both upside and downside implications for the group credit profile in the short term.
