Company sells 2 million of its common shares through public offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 6 – My Active Date, Inc. priced a $2 million initial direct public offering of stock, according to a Form S-1 filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 20 million common shares at $0.10 apiece.
Proceeds will be used for general and administrative expenses, development costs, marketing and sales.
The Carlsbad, Calif., company plans to offer a mobile application for online dating. It will list its shares on the OTCBB exchange.
