Moody’s: Hoover unaffected by merger

Moody's Investors Service said that Hoover Group, Inc.'s plans to merge with Ferguson Group and CHEP Catalyst & Chemical Containers is a credit positive but it does not currently affect Hoover's B3 corporate family rating or stable outlook.
