Kanger plans up to RM 100 million redeemable convertible notes

Madison, Wis., Jan. 6 – Kanger International Bhd. is proposing an up to RM 100 million redeemable convertible notes program, according to a Bursa Malaysia news release.

The company plans to issue convertible commercial paper or convertible medium-term notes under the program.

The company submitted an application to the Securities Commission Malaysia on Tuesday for the proposed issuance.

Kanger makes bamboo flooring and related products. The Malaysian company operates out of Shenzhen, China.
