India’s GMR announces plans for possible debenture private placement

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 5 – GMR Holdings Private Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans for a private placement of non-convertible debentures at a board of directors meeting on Monday.

The company, based in Bengaluru, India, is involved with energy, airport and road infrastructure development.
