New Issue: Barclays prices $1.04 million buffered SuperTrack notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.04 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Jan. 31, 2022 linked to the S&P 500, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.21 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 25%.

Barclays is the agent.
