India’s Muthoottu Mini board to discuss nonconvertible debenture issue

Norfolk, Va., May 8 – Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Monday to approve an issue of nonconvertible debentures.

Muthoottu Mini Financiers is in Kozhencherry, Pathanamthitta, in India.
