Courier repays, terminates revolver with Citizens Bank

Madison, Wis., June 9 – Courier Corp. repaid in full and terminated its third amended and restated credit agreement dated Dec. 19, 2014 with Citizens Bank, NA as administrative agent, issuing bank and swingline lender on June 8, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The credit agreement provided for a $100 million revolving credit facility.

Based in North Chelmsford, Mass., Courier publishes, prints and sells books.
