New Issue: Barclays sells $2.95 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to index basket

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.95 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Aug. 4, 2021 linked to a basket containing the S&P MidCap 400 index with a 60% weight and the Russell 2000 index with a 40% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any basket gain, up to a 15.15% maximum gain.
If the basket falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
