New Issue: Barclays prices $9.41 million 7.22% fixed-coupon autocallables on indexes
By Wendy Van Sickle
Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $9.41 million of 7.22% autocallable fixed-coupon notes due Oct. 28, 2020 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
If each index closes above its initial level on any monthly call observation date after three months, the notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its level and any index ever closes below its 70% barrier level during the life of the notes, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decrease of the least performing index.
Barclays is the underwriter.
