New Issue: Barclays prices $232,000 3.65% buffered notes linked to Russell 2000

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 30 – Barclays Bank plc priced $232,000 of 3.65% buffered fixed coupon notes due Dec. 23, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the buffer value, 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines 15%.
