New Issue: Barclays prices $4.01 million buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.01 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Dec. 24, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 18% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 18%.
