New Issue: Barclays prices $1.59 million notes due 2022 linked to Russell

Chicago, Dec. 17– Barclays Bank plc priced $1.59 million of 0% notes due Nov. 23, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, capped at par plus 15.5%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.
