New Issue: Barclays prices $250,000 buffered SuperTrack notes on EAFE, Emerging Markets ETFs

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 10 – Barclays Bank plc priced $250,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Dec. 1, 2022 linked to the least performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the least performing ETF gain.

If the least performing ETF declines up to 30%, investors will receive par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least performing ETF beyond 30%.
