New Issue: Barclays sells $232,000 buffered digital plus notes on Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $232,000 of 0% buffered digital plus notes due Nov. 29, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is at least negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 15% and the index return, capped at 50%.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index beyond the 15% buffer.
