Barclays plans autocallable notes due 2026 tied to Trailblazer Sectors

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 22 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% autocallable notes due Nov. 30, 2026 linked to the Barclays Trailblazer Sectors 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 5% if the index closes at or above the call level on any annual call date.

The call level will be 102.75% of the initial level on the first call review date, stepping up by 275 basis points on each subsequent call review date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 25.

The Cusip number is 06747NPF5.
