Barclays plans to price buffered SuperTrack tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 19 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Sept. 23, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any ETF gain, capped at par plus 27.75%.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will be full exposed to any decline of the ETF beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 20.

The Cusip number is 06747NQQ0.
