New Issue: Barclays prices $2.69 million buffered digital plus notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.69 million of 0% buffered digital plus notes due Oct. 31, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 18.75% and the index return, subject to a maximum return of 50%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
