New Issue: Barclays sells $574,000 digital plus notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 31 – Barclays Bank plc priced $574,000 of 0% digital plus notes due Oct. 31, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the least performing index finishes at or above its 50% barrier value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return of the lesser performing index and 24%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the least performing index below its initial level.
