New Issue: Barclays sells $1.26 million 8% capital at-risk notes on 10-year ICE swap rate

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 20 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.26 million of 8% capital at-risk notes due Aug. 20, 2020 linked to the 10-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final swap rate is greater than the barrier swap rate, 50% of the initial swap rate, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the swap rate.
