New Issue: Barclays prices $6 million barrier SuperTrack notes tied to S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $6 million of 2% barrier SuperTrack notes due Aug. 13, 2029 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable annually.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below its 60% barrier level.
