New Issue: Barclays prices $920,000 buffered SuperTrack notes linked to two ETFs

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $920,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 27, 2022 linked to the least performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the least performing ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times that ETF return. Investors will receive par if the least performing ETF falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the lowest performing ETF declines beyond 30%.
