New Issue: Barclays sells $609,000 notes due 2023 linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $609,000 of 0% notes due July 31, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times the index return.

If the index falls by up to 5%, the payout will be par plus the index return. For any decline of the index beyond 5%, investors will receive a minimum payout of 95% of par.
