New Issue: Barclays prices $764,000 buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, July 23 – Barclays Bank plc priced $764,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 27, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times the index return, up to a maximum payout of par plus 30%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.
