Barclays to price buffered SuperTrack notes due 2021 on S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., July 17 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes July 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, capped at par plus 18%.
If the index return is flat or declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 06747N5A8) will price on July 24.
