New Issue: Barclays sells $640,000 digital plus notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, July 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $640,000 of 0% digital plus notes due July 3, 2023 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the least performing index finishes at or above its 75% barrier value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 42.5%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the least performing index below its initial level.
