Barclays intends to price 4% buffered notes linked to Russell 2000

Knoxville, Tenn., July 8 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 4% buffered notes due July 31, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable quarterly.

Investors will receive par if the index gains, remains flat or declines by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 06747N4V3) will price on July 26 and settle on July 31.
