Barclays reports plans to price buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Dow

Knoxville, Tenn., July 8 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 31, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to an 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. If the index return is flat or declines by up to 30%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 30%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 06747N4W1) will price on July 26 and settle on July 31.
