New Issue: Barclays sells $10.95 million notes due 2024 linked to the Dow

Olympia, Wash., July 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $10.95 million of 0% notes due June 28, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the lesser of 2.25 times the gain and 93.06%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par plus the return of the index with full exposure to the decline.
