New Issue: Barclays prices $6.45 million 10% trigger yield notes tied to Libor

Olympia, Wash., June 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $6.45 million of 10% trigger yield notes due June 26, 2020 linked to Libor, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable quarterly.

If the final reference rate is greater than or equal to the downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. The downside threshold is 37.062% of the initial reference rate.

If the final reference rate is less than the downside threshold, investors will experience a percentage loss equal to the decline of the reference rate from the pricing date to the final valuation date.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and Barclays are the underwriters.
