New Issue: Barclays sells $1.35 million three-year notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., June 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.35 million of 0% notes due May 27, 2021 linked to S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par.
If the index falls but finishes at or above 70% of the initial level, the payout will be par plus 2 times the absolute value of the index return, capped at 15.4%.
If the index falls by more than 30%, the payout will be par.
