New Issue: Barclays prices $23.18 million Accelerated Return Notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., June 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $23.18 million of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due May 28, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 16.06%. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.
