New Issue: Barclays sells $600,000 buffered SuperTrack notes on S&P 500, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, May 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $600,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 24, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any gain in the lesser-performing index up to a 65% maximum gain.
If either index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser-performing index beyond 30%.
