Barclays to price barrier SuperTrack notes linked to EM ETF

Tacoma, Wash., May 23 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due June 3, 2024 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.58 times the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 50%.

If the final share price is less than or equal to the initial share price but greater than or equal to the barrier value, 50% of the initial share price, the payout will be par.

If the final share price is less than the barrier value, investors will be exposed to the ETF’s decline from its initial share price.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price May 29.

The Cusip number is 06747MVT0.
