New Issue: Barclays sells $915,000 buffered SuperTrack notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, May 23 – Barclays Bank plc priced $915,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 20, 2022 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any gain in the lesser-performing index, up to a maximum of par plus 53%.
If either index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser-performing index beyond 10%.
