New Issue: Barclays prices $2.21 million PLUS linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., May 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.21 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 5, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of 13%. If the index return is negative, investors will be exposed to the decline.
Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a dealer.
