New Issue: Barclays sells $935,000 buffered SuperTrack notes on S&P 500, the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., April 23 – Barclays Bank plc priced $935,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due March 28, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times any gain in the lesser-performing index.
If either index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser-performing index beyond 30%.
