Barclays plans to price digital notes linked to S&P 500 index

Tacoma, Wash., April 9 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% digital notes due July 15, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the buffer value, 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 6.2%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.17647% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

Barclays, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the agents.

The notes will price April 12.

The Cusip number is 06747MNY8.
