New Issue: Barclays prices $1.78 million barrier SuperTrack notes on S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., April 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.78 million of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due April 9, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.85 times the gain of the worse performing index.
If either index falls by up to 40%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worse performing index.
