New Issue: Barclays prices $1.48 million PLUS due 2020 linked to Russell

Olympia, Wash., April 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.48 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 6, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 15.55%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
