Barclays plans buffered SuperTrack notes due 2024 tied to S&P, Dow

Olympia, Wash., March 27 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due April 15, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.055 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the 40% buffer and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on April 10.

The Cusip number is 06747ML95.
