Barclays plans to price notes due 2023 linked to EAFE, EM ETFs

Olympia, Wash., March 12 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% notes due March 31, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the least performing asset is greater than or equal to zero, the payout will be par plus 1.01 to 1.06 times the return of the lesser performing asset.

If the return of the least performing asset is less than zero but greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout will be par.

If the return of the least performing asset is less than negative 15% but greater than or equal to negative 20%, investors will be exposed to losses beyond 15%.

If the return of the least performing asset is less than negative 20%, the payout will be 95% of par.

The notes will price on March 26.

The Cusip number is 06747MGE0.
